Prerequisite - "Puppy Pass" OR "Family Dog Foundation" OR recent training at a different facility

This drop-in program allows you to continue improving your dog's training skills once they have already learned the basic cues.
Attend one of each class - A, B, C & D by dropping in at your convenience. See calendar below.
These classes do not need to be taken in order and do not have to be taken the same day each week.
Once you have completed all 4 classes (A,B,C,D) you can then attend your Graduation class (GRAD Class).

You will learn;
- How to get your dog to respond to cues by vocal command the first time
- How to phase out food lure and rewards
- How to combine cues
- How to strengthen your dog's recall ("Come-Here") when distracted
- How to get your dog to "Stay" at a distance, with distractions and out of sight
- How to develop your dog's impulse control
- An introduction to tricks and for-fun agility using basic equipment
CLASS A
- "Lay Down" by vocal cue only
- "Down + Stay"
- "Go To Your Bed"
- Proofing "Leave It"
- Loose-leash walking & heeling
CLASS B
- Proofing "Stay" - distance, distraction, duration & difficulty
- "Stay" by hand signal only
- Loose-leash walking & heeling
CLASS C
- Proofing "Come-Here" - distance, distraction & difficulty
- Loose-leash walking & heeling
CLASS D
- Introduction to jumps
- Introduction to tunnels
- Introduction to dog sports
- Tricks - spin, bow, rollover, paws up
GRADUATION (GRAD)
- Review of all cues learned
- Graduation photo
